Elias Coffee Roasters is a small-batch coffee roaster based in Woolwich, New Jersey - founded in 2022 with a simple belief: coffee is a curious drink. At its best, it fuels bold ideas, sparks connection, and gives us the persistence to keep moving forward.
We craft coffee with care, patience, and intention. Through small-batch roasting, sustainable sourcing, and thoughtful profiles, we aim to create coffees that invite moments of discovery through taste, while building a community that values curiosity as much as quality.

Our Origin
Elias was born out of a moment of darkness. But it's the darkness that offers the clearest view of the stars.
We started small, sourcing distinctive beans from around the world and roasting just one pound at a time. Each batch was a curious experiment. Like peering through a telescope, we never knew exactly what we would find - but the sense of wonder kept us going. We shared each batch freely with friends and family as a simple way to connect and brighten an ordinary day.
